Delivery Policy
From receipt of your order, we aim to despatch your order within 2 working weeks as many items are made to order.  On many occasions, this delivery time will be much less.  If there is a problem with your order we will contact you with options.

Import Tax & Duties (EU)
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, any purchases made will be subject to your own countries import taxes on duties.  Please refer to your own governments information as to the taxes that will be applied when you import goods from outside the EU.  Cermag are not responsible for the import taxes you will pay and will only declare on the commercial invoice (a legal document we have to supply) the true value of the goods you have purchased when despatch is arrange

Returns

Faulty Goods
If the goods have been received damaged or faulty you have 14 days to notify us.  We will arrange the collection for either a full refund or exchange.  

Non faulty goods
Some items may not be eligible for a non fault return as some parts a made to order, please contact us for options. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
